From the Windows executable file only the following files are needed : fwlan.cat, fwlanci.dll, fwlan.inf, fwlanusb.sys, fwusb1b.bin. The files can be easily extracted with archive manager.
Tested successfully with Ndiswrapper under both Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty Jackalope) and Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid Ibex)
