From the Windows executable file only the following files are needed : fwlan.cat, fwlanci.dll, fwlan.inf, fwlanusb.sys, fwusb1b.bin. The files can be easily extracted with archive manager.
Tested successfully with Ndiswrapper under both Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty Jackalope) and Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid Ibex)
Works with latest Version ndiswrapper 1.9 WEP and WPA work; WPA2 works well too (SUSE10; NDISWrapper 1.9 stable; wpa_supplicant v0.4.4)
With ndiswrapper version 1.20, this card works with 64-bit Windows driver at ftp://ftp.avm.de/cardware/fritzwlanusb.stick/windows_xp_64bit/english/avm_fritz!wlan_usb_stick_x64_build_060421e.exe
Works with latest Version ndiswrapper 1.16 on Ubuntu 6.06 (Dapper)
