I followed the step by step installation of XP driver using ndiswrapper, link bellow:

I extracted the archive into a folder Canyon and selected the files
/Canyon/88_91_92_SU_Driver/WinXP/net8192su.inf /Canyon/88_91_92_SU_Driver/WinXP/rtl8192su.sys
through the "window wireless drivers" interface. It worked perfectly.
