Tested using Ubuntu 10.04 Beta1 (2.6.32-19-generic kernel) and the rtl8187se driver is not very stable in a WPA protected wireless network. I was suffering from disconnections every 5-10 minutes, sometimes even less and I decided to give a try to ndiswrapper. It works perfectly and I will continue using it until the OS driver has improved.
