Belkin F5D8071 N1 Wireless Expresscard
- Chipset: Atheros Communications Inc. AR5008 Wireless Network Adapter (rev 01)
- Driver: F5D8071 Version 1xxx Software & Driver
Info
In order to get the inf file, I had to install the driver on a Windows machine first, then find and copy the inf file Windows used to my flash drive, then paste into my Ubuntu drive. It works just fine through ndiswrapper.
However, the card also works out of the box with Ubuntu's generic drivers, so I'm not sure if ndiswrapper is needed. I just wanted to see if the wireless performance was any better using ndiswrapper: I haven't been testing it long enough to say for sure.
