After installation of Ubuntu:

  1. needed pci=assign-busses and pci=routeirq (info comming from dmesg as a suggestion)
  2. install ndiswrapper and ndiswrapper-utils1.8 using Synaptic
  3. install drivers with ndiswrapper -i NETANI.INF
  4. ndiswrapper -m
  5. depmod -a
  6. modprobe ndiswrapper
