So I copied the driver off the installation cd, which is located in &quot;tool/AG-320 driver&quot;. What I did not care about at this point was only to copy one correct driver. When all three drivers (AG320xp.sys, AG3202K.sys, AG32064.sys) are copied in the same folder as the AG320.inf and you do the usual installation routine, ndiswrapper installs the 32 bit driver AG320xp.sys, I guess. But when you are on a 64 bit machine please only copy AG32064.sys and AG320.inf as well as AG320.CAT into a folder. Everything should work out then.
