The windows XP driver to be used is found in folder :<br /> <br /> wlan_163_r105/R105_Logo/SetupNT/USB/<br /> <br /> Plug the USB Thomson adapter<br /> <br /> In a console (root mode) change directory to the directory where the windows driver is stored then type the following commands:<br /> ndiswrapper -i sis163u.inf (load the windows driver in your Linux system)<br /> ndiswrapper -l (check that the driver is properly installed)<br /> ndiswrapper -m (create the kernel module: alias wlan0 ndiswrapper is added to /etc/modprobe.d/ndiswrapper)<br /> modprobe ndiswrapper (created module is loaded)<br /> <br /> At this step, interface wlan0 is created.
