After so many tests in a 64bit system on which I received kernel senseless (at least for me) falls of numbers and letters I re-installed<br />
my original 32bit (with PAE for full memory access) and the original stock driver works like a charm.<br />
<br />
I think the main reason for that panic is that WINXP drivers are 32bit ONLY and so on 64bit system no Belkin play can do ndiswrapper :)<br />
<br />
Of course if someone finds the driver maybe it can work but the original one is perfect for linux 32bit.<br />
