  • Chipset: 9271
  • Device ID: 0cf3:9271
  • Driver: [[1]]

Info

I used this manual for wn422g: http://quantan.blogspot.com/2010/04/ubuntu-1004-dan-tp-link-tl-wn422g-usb.html -It is the 422g driver, but it works fine, others give various errors in dmesg, as is already documented.

Here are the steps:

  1. Download the driver from here: http://www.tp-link.com/support/download.asp?a=1&m=TL-WN422G&h=V2 - Use the TL-WN422G_091231 driver!
  2. ndiswrapper -i /path/to/TL-WN422G/Driver\ Files/Win2K_XP/netathuw.inf
  3. ndiswrapper -a 0cf3:9271 netathuw
  4. ndiswrapper -m{i,a}
  5. modprobe -r ndiswrapper
  6. modprobe ndiswrapper
  7. Enjoy!
