  1. Blacklisted b43, b43legacy, ssb, ath_pci, ath_hal.
  2. Rebooted.
  3. Copied 4 files in XP2K install folder on CD to a folder on my hard drive.
  4. Used graphical tool to add the driver.
  5. Rebooted.
  6. Card came right up.
