I'm running Ubuntu 8.04+updates, and it complained about interrupt (16) clashing with the USB ports. I tried setting up ndiswrapper as described in a HOWTO I found on the web and it installed OK, but when I tried using iwconfig to set ESSID or AP nothing happened, iwconfig reported ESSID: off/any Access Point: Not Associated.
The driver was from the CD supplied with the card: /cdrom/Win2000_XP/Driver Files/NDIS5/net5211.inf
